Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice!
Fall is officially here! And with that, comes all kinds of pumpkin recipes. I have never been the biggest fan of pumpkin flavored treats, but this smoothie is just the perfect amount of pumpkin and spice! Not to mention, it has plenty of protein to help you feel full. 1st Phorm just released their Pumpkin Spice Latte Level-1 protein powder and it’s amazing. I had it last year and drank it in my coffee and loved it.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1 tbsp Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce Latte creamer (if you don’t have this, either add a tbsp half & half, or just skip it altogether)
- 3/4 cup almond milk (water will also do just fine)
- 1 scoop Pumpkin Spice Latte Level-1 protein powder
- 1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon, plus a sprinkle to top
- Whipped cream to top
Add ice, banana, creamer, almond milk, cinnamon and the protein powder in your blender and blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon! Enjoy!
