Gift Guide: Her Wellness
This gift guide is full of all my favorite and frequently used fitness/health products. I included options for both higher and lower price points, so there’s definitely something for everyone.
These are all items I have and use on a daily basis and would recommend to anyone.

I Heart Macros Protein Powder: We started using this protein a few months back when I wanted to switch to something without artificial sweeteners. I LOVE it!! Best tasting protein, amazing consistency and perfect with just almond milk, or in a smoothie. I also use this in baking as well. ALSO- husband approved (so you know it’s good).
TOZO Wireless Headphones: Both Nick and I have had these headphones for years. They are a very reasonable price point, have a long-lasting battery and work great! Also come in a couple different color options.
Hydro Flask Water Bottle: Nothing too fancy here or new to you probably. But, I love a good water bottle and mine has lasted forever! Keeps your drinks hot/cold for hours. I also purchased a straw lid, which I personally prefer.
Long Loop Resistance Bands: I love these for a home gym workout or while travelling. They take up very little space, but you can still get a great workout in! Love these for anything upper body, or core. They can also be used for assisted dips/adding resistance to hip thrusts/squats, etc…
Garmin Venu 2 Watch: Nick bought me this watch earlier this year for my birthday and I can say without a doubt it’s the best gift I’ve received in a really long time. It’s such a pretty watch, so you can wear it for everyday, but also tracks fitness/health data as well. You can track workouts, view workouts/running programs, track sleep/weight/water intake/steps/menstrual cycle and so much more. It’s definitely an investment, but one I would say is well worth it. **Currently $50 off for Black Friday. The Venu Sq is a great option too, and almost half the price.
Atomic Habits: Definitely a life-changing book! I love the simple hacks/habits you can learn to build through this book. It’s a very easy read and something I think almost anyone could relate to. Will definitely change the way you think and motivate you to progress toward your goals!
Adidas Ultraboost: There are a few different styles of Ultraboost. I currently wear the Ultraboost 20, but these are very very similar. I love the amount of cushion, and they have maintained their quality after lots and lots of use. These are my go-to comfy gym shoes for any workout/run/walk and also errands. Also a bit of an investment. I have had my current pair for about 1.5 yrs and they still work just fine (obviously if you are an avid runner, you might buy new ones more frequently, but mine are still in near perfect condition).
Buffbunny Collection Legacy Leggings: Honestly, you could not go wrong with a single item purchased from Buffbunny Collection. By far my favorite activewear brand. They are currently running a sale and items are anywhere from 10-80% off. My other favs are the Rosa or Rosa Pocket leggings, Monarch Leggings (cross-waist), Latitude legging, and Rebel legging. All run true to size (I wear a medium in all leggings and am right in line with their measurement chart). **Currently $54, typically $68
Orgain Collagen Peptides: We use this everyday in our coffee. Collagen is great for your gut health as well as for hair, skin and nails. This particular brand is grass-fed and organic, also at a reasonable price point compared to other brands.
